
Erica is the owner and founder of Teach Speech and a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist with 16 years of experience serving students across all grade levels. She has spent the past seven years providing teletherapy services, including four years leading Teach Speech, where she focuses on best practices, secure platforms, and high-quality digital resources that support meaningful, effective therapy and evaluations.
Erica is passionate about supporting both school districts and SLPs. She works closely with districts to understand their unique needs and provide consistent, reliable support throughout the school year, including scheduling, evaluations, compliance with DPI timelines, and ongoing communication. Her goal is for districts to feel fully supported as student needs change.
Equally important to Erica is creating the kind of workplace she always hoped for as a clinician. She prioritizes collaboration, access to evaluation support, coverage when needed, and administrative assistance so SLPs can focus on student growth and collaboration with families and school teams. Erica values student-centered, evidence-based therapy with functional carryover across settings and takes pride in the trust districts place in Teach Speech. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and filling her home with things that grow, including her son and her many plants, and welcomes open communication from families and districts.

Alisha is a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist providing teletherapy services to preschool and elementary students. She has 4.5 years of experience supporting students with articulation and phonological disorders, language disorders, social communication, fluency, and AAC needs. Alisha brings 2.5 years of teletherapy experience, primarily using Zoom, and enjoys creating highly engaging sessions through interactive games, videos, green screen activities, and online tools that allow students to actively participate in their learning. She uses evidence-based techniques while thoughtfully incorporating student interests to deliver student-centered services that promote engagement and readiness for learning. Alisha values collaboration and believes that bringing all voices to the table with mutual respect and flexibility leads to the most effective support for students. Alisha lives near Milwaukee with her husband, and they enjoy exploring the fun things the city has to offer.

Sara is a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist who provides teletherapy services to elementary, middle, and high school students, with a special interest in working with middle and high school learners. She has 16 years of experience in school settings and began providing teletherapy in 2019, supporting students across multiple states and virtual school programs. Sara brings a strengths-based approach that respects neurodiversity, including autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, and focuses on building authentic, functional communication skills that support participation, self-advocacy, and quality of life. She values play, authenticity, and innovation and enjoys creating meaningful sessions built around students’ interests. Outside of work, Sara loves children’s books with playful rhyme patterns and enjoys cooking and baking with her kids.

Tiffany is a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist providing teletherapy services to preschool and elementary students. She brings 15 years of experience supporting students with articulation and phonological disorders, language disorders, and phonological awareness and literacy needs. Tiffany has been providing telepractice services for four years and values the strong relationships that can be built through teletherapy, noting that meaningful progress toward goals can be achieved just as effectively as in person. She takes an engaging and playful approach while maintaining clear focus on therapy targets and values collaboration and shared problem-solving with families and school teams. Tiffany enjoys children’s books, especially Monkey with a Tool Belt by Chris Monroe, and she is a big fan of ice cream.

Nikki is a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist who serves elementary, middle, and high school students through teletherapy. She has over 10 years of experience in school settings and has been providing teletherapy services with Teach Speech for the past three years. Nikki supports students with articulation and phonological disorders, language disorders, fluency, and AAC needs. She believes strong relationships are the foundation for successful therapy and focuses on making her sessions engaging, meaningful, and supportive of classroom success. Nikki values collaboration and clear communication with families and school teams to help students thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, photography, golfing, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and her dog, Maisy.

Beth is a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist providing teletherapy services to students across multiple grade levels. She brings 18 years of experience supporting students with articulation and phonological disorders, phonological awareness and literacy skills, and executive functioning needs. After two years of practicing via teletherapy, Beth has found that students often engage more intently online and that the virtual setting allows her to build strong rapport while keeping therapy practical and easy to replicate at home. She takes a student-driven, evidence-based approach, using high-interest digital materials and collaborating closely with families and school staff to support meaningful progress toward goals. Beth values teamwork and celebrating student successes, and outside of work she enjoys spending time with her two daughters. She can often be found cheering them on from the stands at basketball and softball.

Alyssa is a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist providing teletherapy services to students across multiple grade levels. She has over five years of experience supporting students with articulation and phonological disorders, language disorders, phonological awareness and literacy skills, and executive functioning needs. Alyssa brings more than three years of teletherapy experience using platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom and values the increased accessibility telepractice offers, particularly for students in rural areas. She uses a student-centered, functional approach and collaborates closely with IEP teams and families to develop meaningful, evidence-based goals that support academic and personal success. Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys watching and playing sports.

Linda Pom is a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist who provides teletherapy services to students from preschool through high school. She brings 20 years of experience working in school settings and with homeschooled students, supporting a wide range of communication needs including articulation and phonology, language disorders, social communication, fluency, and evaluations. Linda has extensive experience with virtual assessments, observations, informal measures, and IEP platforms and enjoys the variety and impact teletherapy provides. She takes a strengths-based approach, using students’ interests to increase functional communication and support academic growth, while valuing collaboration among families and school teams. In her free time, Linda enjoys creating materials for SLPs, reading, and spending time in nature.

Meg has been providing teletherapy services since 2017 for students PK-12 in Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Before transitioning to teletherapy, Meg worked for several school districts in Wisconsin and Michigan. A speech/language pathologist since 2009, Meg has a rich background in language, speech sound disorders, fluency, and social communication. Meg strives to deliver personalized therapy by integrating current best practices, students' interests, and her years of expertise to empower students in achieving their goals and fostering their personal growth.

Stacey is a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist providing teletherapy services to preschool, elementary, and middle school students. She brings 18 years of experience supporting a wide range of communication needs, including articulation and phonological disorders, language disorders, phonological awareness and literacy, social communication, fluency, AAC, and executive functioning. Stacey has extensive experience using interactive teletherapy platforms and enjoys adapting digital assessments and therapy materials to meet the evolving needs of students and technology. She takes a relationship-centered approach, prioritizing strong connections with students, families, and school teams while selecting developmentally appropriate, high-interest materials that align with grade-level expectations. Outside of work, Stacey enjoys spending weekends at her family cottage, following sports, and staying busy with her husband and three children.
